Two artists who have made their musical careers as soloists both in Turkey and abroad have done something that has never been done before: they have brought the cello and the qanun together.
Nowadays we usually hear the qanun in Turkish and ethnic music. This time we will see that it is very compatible with classical music and especially with the cello. "Duo Qanun&Cello" has a wide range of music, with a repertoire from baroque to contemporary works, with a new colour and a different timbre.
